It is indeed football time in Tennessee and our Vols are off to a perfect start. While I cannot control what happens on the field, I sure can pair a smoke to calm my nerves while our beloved Big Orange battles it out on the gridiron.
Early Games (NOON-ish): for our early games, I am compelled to stick with something a little on the milder side. My go-to cigar is the Perdomo 10th Anniversary Champagne.
Perdomo is known for having impeccable construction and draw. They draw test every cigar. I do not want my first smoke of the day to frustrate me by unraveling or causing me to hyperventilate to get the smoke into my mouth.

Afternoon Games (2 til 5PM start time): for our afternoon games, I choose something with a little kick. By this part of my day, I have had at least one cigar, so I'm ready to up the ante a little bit. My go-to cigar is the Jaime Garcia Reserva Especial. This cigar, by the My Father family, is as expected, perfect for the second smoke of the day. It also lasts 2 hours plus, so I'm not necessarily having to light another one for the fourth quarter.

Night Games (5PM and later start time): for our night games, I choose something with full flavor and full strength. By now, I've had a minimum of two meals and two cigars. It's time for the bang. I reach for the Ashton VSG. My love affair with these borders on obsession and mainly because it never disappoints.
